Media Group was launched in 1998 and grew as an independent and
privately funded
business until September 1999 when the company was obtained by AMD
Telecom Pty Limited (formely Agent Management Department).
In
August 2005, we changed our trading name to AMD Group, reflecting our renewed
focus on data services. We
began life as an consultancy firm specialising in ethnic media marketing
campaign, by 1999 developed a chain of retail stores servicing the
telecommunication industry securing over 100,000 customers.
The
subsequent addition of individual and household lifestyle product
and services, together with the provision of new data services,
enabled AMD Group to offer a total customer database management
solution.
We
now provide the most comprehensive choice of telephony products
and services, consumer data technologies and IT products and services,
each one designed to reflect the increasing sophistication of today's
customers, in an increasingly competitive climate.
